Orphograph (working prototype -- see README.md for what's settled vs. placeholder)

not connected
note timbre (marimba/harp -- string-like attack, not harsh; dull, rich wooden body) -- standing in for the physical instrument's real resonance, tune by ear
drone timbre (organ/talk-box hybrid -- one driving voice, ring-colored per hit, breathing + vibrato movement, formant color) -- every lever the drone touches, tune by ear
levels
movement (breathing = amplitude, vibrato = pitch -- off the master ground-tempo pulse, not any one ring's own)
formant (talk-box vowel shaping)
flute -- real sample tone core + subordinate breath (one shared, ring-colored voice)
flute chamber (fixed resonator bank)
flute's own drone character (wooden-flute breath-wave)
sweep filter & bass
drone roughness (real added harmonic content, not an EQ bump)
didgeridoo growl + throat voice (drone)
percussion timbre (resultant-rhythm kick/snare/hat -- given=kick, received=snare, made=hat) -- every lever the kit touches, tune by ear
kick (given)
snare (received)
hat (made)
mixer (per-channel level, a targeted flute low-mid boost, and a leveler for overall balance) -- a few elegantly designed levers, not another timbre panel

percussion
masterclip
channel levels (post-timbre faders -- busGain/whistleAmount in their own panels stay timbre-internal, not level controls)
flute low-mid boost (targeted register presence, not a tone-color change)
leveler (slow, musical loudness-evening -- distinct from the existing fast peak-safety limiter, which is untouched)
trace/echo visuals (the standing echo tunnel, propagating hit/burst echoes, and the master-hull echo) -- tune by eye
standing echo tunnel (per-ring, continuous)
master hull echo (the whole-phrase blueprint + its glyphs)
propagating echoes (per real note hit / sync-event bursts)
whole-tunnel breathing
temporary (provisional) segments -- a merely-passed hit's own brief, dashed, linearly-fading mark
ring depth offset (3d-anaglyph-esque separation between given/received/made at the same spoke)
per-ring phase bar (the white timekeeping indicator)
phase: idle
status:
grand convergence (all three rings landing on I at once -- a periodic conjunction, not a stop):

Pictographic keyboard legend + input + live highlight-on-activation -- an "unrolled" reading of the wheel: 12 spoke-columns, given/received/made rows plus a 4th for letters with no ring yet. Placeholder Latin labels for now (see README.md) -- hover a key for its object/sound and expected asset paths; a real glyph will start appearing automatically once one exists at that path.
